Overview

Freight moves through too many carriers and systems to manage by phone and spreadsheet. InfoSun runs transportation and logistics support as managed operations that give you real-time shipment visibility, carrier scorecards, and freight analytics across every lane. On-time delivery and OTIF improve because exceptions are caught and resolved before they become late shipments.

Services in Transportation & Logistics Support

Each service runs on the same human-governed, AI-native operating model. Explore any one for what it covers, the outcomes it drives, and how it is delivered.

Outcomes, not headcount

What the work delivers

End-to-end shipment visibility

See location, status, and ETA across carriers and modes from pickup to proof of delivery.

Higher OTIF

Improve on-time in-full delivery by resolving in-transit exceptions before they turn into late shipments.

Freight awarded on data

Carrier scorecards shift volume to measured top performers, lane by lane.

Lower freight cost

Freight analytics expose cost per lane and mode so spend is managed, not assumed.

Typical ranges across supply chain, logistics, and enterprise engagements, baselined against your current numbers at the start.

How it works

One operating model, from first workflow to full scale

1
Agree the scope

Choose the processes together, and analyze them first

2
Establish

Stand up the team, governance, and KPIs

3
Find the AI fit

Where supervised AI suits the work, and where it does not

4
Augment

Agents draft and perform; your people approve

5
Improve together

Tune against live KPIs with your team

Runs on Manhattan, SAP EWM, and Blue Yonder, plus your TMS and ERP. No rip-and-replace.

US business logistics costs reached $2.4 trillion, 8.7% of GDP, and rising operating costs are the top concern for 72% of 3PL providers.

How we prove it

You see the number on your own systems

No logos to borrow, no invented results. We prove value the only way that counts: on your baseline, on your dashboards.

  1. 1
    Baseline your numbers

We measure your current cost, accuracy, and service together at the start, so every target is grounded in your reality.

  2. 2
    Agree the target first

We set the outcome numbers with you before work starts. No moving goalposts.

  3. 3
    Run it on one site

We prove the model on a single workflow or site before scaling, so risk stays small.

  4. 4
    Report on your dashboards

You see the movement on your own metrics, monthly, not on ours.

No rip-and-replace

We run on the WMS, TMS, and ERP you already own.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between track and trace?+

Tracking shows where a shipment is right now and its progress against the plan; tracing reconstructs where it has been across its full journey. Track answers where the freight is now, trace answers what happened to it and when. Together they give end-to-end shipment visibility from pickup to proof of delivery.

What KPIs measure carrier performance?+

Core carrier performance KPIs include on-time pickup and delivery, OTIF, transit time variance, tender acceptance rate, damage and claims rate, invoice accuracy, and proof-of-delivery compliance. These roll up into a carrier scorecard that ranks carriers by lane. InfoSun builds and maintains these scorecards so freight is awarded on measured performance, not habit.

What is shipment visibility and why does it matter?+

Shipment visibility is real-time insight into the location, status, and ETA of freight in transit across carriers and modes. It matters because it lets teams manage exceptions before they become late deliveries, cut check-call effort, and give customers accurate ETAs. Better visibility directly improves on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

How do you build a carrier scorecard?+

You build a carrier scorecard by defining the KPIs that matter, on-time delivery, OTIF, transit variance, claims, and invoice accuracy, setting targets per lane, and pulling data from your TMS and carrier feeds into a weighted score. Review it on a regular cadence with carriers and shift volume toward top performers. InfoSun runs the data collection, analytics, and reporting as managed operations.

What is OTIF and how is it calculated?+

OTIF, on-time in-full, measures the share of orders delivered both on the promised date and in the complete quantity ordered. It is calculated as orders delivered on time and complete divided by total orders, times 100. OTIF is a stricter service measure than on-time alone because a single short line fails the whole order.

What does a logistics control tower do?+

An operational logistics control tower centralizes track and trace, exception management, and carrier coordination so in-transit issues are caught and resolved in real time. It gives one view of freight across carriers, modes, and lanes and drives on-time delivery through proactive intervention. InfoSun runs the operational tracking layer; the executive, AI-driven control tower for network-wide decisions sits within Core GCC Capabilities.
